Email addresses are used only to communicate with you about your order. If you have signed up for our newsletter, you may receive emails about specials or new products. We may email you valuable coupons in the future if you have opted to receive our newsletter or emails.
We offer you one of the safest, easiest, and most convenient online ordering systems on the internet. Our payment gateway is SecureNet. Over 14,000 merchants trust SecureNet to manage their payment transactions. They are one of the leaders for payment gateway services and have processed over 12 billion transactions securely and reliably.
Our website also holds an SSL Certificate. We use one of the leading digital certificate providers, with more than 200,000 companies in over 100 countries employ their technology for transaction security, identity verification and trust services on the Internet and over wireless networks.
One way you can check to see if a transaction is secure is to see if your browser address bar has "https://" at the beginning instead of "http://" The (s) tells you that you are on a secure webpage. Please note that you will only see the https:// once you proceed to the checkout process.
We collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used to process transactions and send informational emails. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
All pre-order dates are given to us by the manufacturers and should be treated as estimates. We can not control any delays on shipments.
On our product pages we have one payment option. Here's a full description of it below.
Deposit Option: This option allows you to pay for your item in full later. You are required to put down a 20% non refundable deposit on the item. Once we receive the item in our warehouse you will be emailed and sent a Paypal invoice for the total amount due (80% of the item price + shipping (if applicable)). The item’s price is reduced to 20% of what it was originally. Shipping will not be charged on pre orders. If your order is under $140 (item's full price total) or you are an international customer(outside of the U.S.) shipping will be invoiced along with remaining payment request when the items arrive.
Please be aware that the item's actual price is not the discounted price once the payment option is selected. If you request to cancel the order the 20% deposit you made will be forfeited. If you fail to make payment within the allotted time we provide for you(5 days), your deposit WILL be forfeited as well.
The deposit fee is non transferable and can only be applied to the item that was pre ordered initially.
If a pre order is paid for upfront, the item is still subject to a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled. If you order an item by mistake you will still be charged the 20% fee. Before you checkout make sure you have the correct items and quantities.
In the event that we are not able to fulfill your order we will refund you the 20% deposit amount paid.
All invoices for Pre-Ordered items and shipping must be paid within 5 days of being sent or the item will be returned back to regular stock and your Pre-Order will be cancelled. If a customer has multiple unpaid invoices we will revoke your pre order ability and/or the ability from buying from our store.
In the rare case that we don't receive your item, we will refund any money that was paid in full.
If you would like us to hold your pre orders we can do so for up to 120 days of it arriving to our warehouse. If you choose the “Pay for Pre Order Later” option, we would need payment before we can hold the item. If no payment is made your pre order will be cancelled and won’t be held.
Do you charge right away for pre-orders or can I pay later?
Yes, we charge 20% upfront and 80% when the item arrives.
Why should I preorder an item?
Preordering your item will give you the highest priority on the items we receive from the manufacturer.
Can I combine pre-orders with in-stock items?
Currently, to avoid shipping delays we ask that you order your preorders separately from instock items.
Are my preorders guaranteed?
Although we have a very high success rate for fulfilling orders, we are not able to guarantee that the manufacturer will not short quantities to retailers. This is something that rarely happens and we place orders based on the amount of pre orders we receive, but manufacturers and suppliers have complete control on the quantity of an item that will be shipped to us.
Can you guarantee the availability date of a pre order?
Just like the item's quantity, the availability date is something we can't guarantee.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. If you would like to cancel your pre order you must send us a cancellation request before your order ships out. If the order has already been marked as shipped we will have to treat it as a return. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Although we allow cancellations, if we find someone abusing our cancellation policy we reserve the right to refuse any future business dealings.
How long do I have to pay for my invoice?
Once you are invoiced for your pre order, you are required to pay within 5 days of the invoice being sent. If you fail to make payment within the allotted time we provide, your deposit will be forfeited.
If a customer has multiple unpaid invoices we will revoke your pre order ability and/or the ability from buying from our store.
How do I know when my pre order arrives?
Once your pre order arrives in our warehouse, we will send you an email and invoice regarding your order.
Can you hold my Pre Orders?
If you would like us to hold your pre orders we can do so for up to 120 days of it arriving to our warehouse. If you choose the “Pay for Pre Order Later” option, we would need payment before we can hold the item. At the moment we don’t offer extended holds for unpaid pre orders. To secure the hold payment must be made. If no payment is made after the deadline, unfortunately your pre order will be cancelled and won’t be held.
Why are the Pre Orders marked as Free Shipping (prior to 02/20/17)?
The reason we have our items marked as “free shipping" is two fold. First, our distributors do not give us or have exact weight and dimensions of a specific item readily available. Since we only charge what the shipping carrier calculates we want to provide the most accurate shipping quote. The next reason is some of our customers may put their pre orders with in stock items and it makes more of a mess to sort everything out.
The current capability of our software only allows us to do it this way unfortunately so the items will be marked as “free shipping” to accommodate for that. So we put a disclaimer on every pre order page right under the add to cart button that it isn’t “free shipping” it’s just the way our cart works. We are working to get this process more streamlined.
I paid for my item, but it hasn’t shipped yet. What’s going on?
If you received an invoice from us for just the item’s price and no shipping that means that your order will be put on hold once your payment is made. If you put multiple pre orders with different release dates, our system will automatically put your item(s) on hold until the last item(s) has released. At any time we can ship your item(s) immediately. If you do, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
If your item has not shipped within 72 hours. Please contact us immediately.
I see some of my items released, but I haven’t received a payment request or my order hasn’t shipped yet. What’s going on?
If the pre order product page still has a “blue bubble” on it that means the item is still a pre order and has not released yet. This applies even if the date on the product page has passed.
If there is no “blue bubble” that means the item just released and you should be receiving a payment request shortly. If there is no blue bubble and it’s been 48 hours and you haven’t received an invoice. Please contact us immediately.

I see some of my friends have my preordered item, but mine hasn’t shipped. What’s the hold up?
There’s a high chance that your friends may have purchased their items from a Japanese retailer. Traditionally, Japanese retailers receive their items approximately one month before US retailers. Due to the transit time of bringing the items to America there will naturally be a delay in receiving our items. With most releases, we are one of the first retailers to receive imported items within the US.
The date on the product page has passed so when is my item shipping?
If the product page still has it’s release date on it along with pre order info that means the item is still a pre order and has not released yet. The date hasn't changed because we haven’t received an update on the item’s release date yet from our vendors.
Returns & Exchanges
To start a return, please fill out the Return Authorization Form.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product you can return it for a full refund less our shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the order. This only applies to in stock items that have been shipped.
For New Items
Factory Sealed/Unopened items
We accept returns on factory sealed/unopened items. This means items with the original factory seal that has not been broken and all parts that the figure was sealed with must be included with no damage to the outer package can be returned. The packaging must be packed with sufficient padding when shipping back to us.
If you are simply not happy with a product you received you're responsible for return shipping to us and you will not be refunded for shipping you paid for the item.
We do not allow returns on items that have been opened.
Bulk Ordered Items
If you purchased bulk quantity of an item. Your account will be treated as a wholesale account. All sales are final and you are not eligible to return your bulk purchased item. Anything over 3 qty of the same item is considered a bulk order.
Pre Orders/Items on Hold
If a pre order comes in stock or you have an in stock item that is combined with pre orders and we are holding it for you, you are allowed to cancel/return it within 14 days. After 14 days, that item is no longer eligible for cancellation/return.
For Loose Items/Pre Owned Items
Our loose and pre owned items must be returned in the condition they were received in. This includes no broken limbs, paint damage, or any additional damage that the item wasn't sent with. If there is an issue(shipping error, shipping damage, or wrong item) with the figure we will cover the shipping to us and the shipping amount originally paid.
Please keep in mind, for both New and Pre Owned Items, the shipping cost you paid initially is not covered by us unless the product was damaged/defective and we aren't able to send a replacement or the wrong item was sent to you.

- The item must be returned in it's original condition it was received.
- You must start the return process within 14 days of receiving the product. Anything outside of that time period will not be honored.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there were shipping errors with your order, shipping damage, or defect in the product.
- Item must be sent back through USPS with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Do not just ship the product back to us before filling out the Return Authorization Form.
- Please fill out the Return Authorization Form. We will respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges are handled in the same way as returns. If you have any questions about our return/exchange policy please feel free to contact us.
If we receive items that aren't what we sent to you we will not honor your return.
If you receive a defective item you must contact the manufacturer of the item to receive a replacement.

At MHToyShop your order is processed immediately and normally ships within 24 hours(this exludes weekends or holidays). We ship 90% of our products within one business day. If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified if that item is no longer available.
Monday-Friday orders made before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
If we recieve a very large number of items within the warehouse, please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship.
Free Shipping for US orders over $140.
If you are in the US and your order total is over $140, your items will be eligible for free standard shipping. To take advantage of the free shipping you will have to choose the "Free Shipping" option at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated by carrier at check out.
We ship USPS & Fedex.
Free shipping is only applicable for orders that ship out at the same time. For example: In the event a pre order pushes your order total pass the $140 mark, free shipping is only applicable for items that are shipping at the same time. So you will be invoiced via email for the shipping amount if the in stock items fall under the $140 mark. Pre Orders qualify for free shipping if they are over $140 total & are shipping out the same date.
All International orders will ship via USPS. First Class Mail International is available on packages under 4 pounds only. First Class Mail International is not trackable.
Other options include USPS Priority Mail International & Express Mail. Both are trackable.

We try our best to provide pristine boxes, but you must expect that you may get a standard grade box. We do not ship damaged/crushed boxes and each order is packed with sufficient bubble wrap and packing supplies to avoid damage during transit. Some things are out of our control and if an item’s box is damaged during transit you must open a claim with the shipping carrier.

By default if you mix in stock items and pre orders together in the same order and you were charged shipping, all of the available items will be shipped immediately. If you would like your items held until the pre order(s) arrive(s) please comment on the order at checkout so we know to hold your order.

By default if you mix in stock items and pre orders together in the same order and you weren’t charged shipping, your order will not ship until all of the items have arrived in the order. If you choose the “Pay for Pre Order Later” option we will only invoice the item’s price with no shipping attached when each item arrives.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; MH Toy Shop has no control over these charges, nor can MHToyShop predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Most of our products are for older collectors, but we sometimes have items for children.
